This challenging cooperative platformer from Apogee requires two players to jump and climb up a snowy mountain. In this exasperating and sometimes maddening climb, you will play as both Bread and Fred. Your fall down the mountain will be even more terrifying as you get closer to the peak and one step closer to mastering the platforming.
The mechanics of penguins
Swing to reach distant platforms!
Fred and Bread have an attachment. Because of this, you both fall together, but you can also use momentum to swing and propel each other further than any single penguin could. Make sure one of you anchors down to the ground or you'll both fall!
Keep your distance from the walls!
The penguins are hard to swing around, but you can hang on a wall with your partner for a few seconds to overcome the next obstacle. You should, however, be cautious. Since these penguins are chubby, you can only hold them for so long. Now is the time to act!
It's okay to play alone!
Having trouble finding your penguin buddy? Instead of using your rope, attach it to Jeff (a rock!) and use it instead! Since you will be responsible for the climb, if you fail, no one can blame you...
