Golden Button: The golden button was placed in the sitting room during the third week. In front of the button was a clue that read: "Press the button for power, but beware: he'll seal your fate." Kyle pressed the button and unleashed the twists.
Annihilation Week: This is a form of double elimination. Minutes after the button was pressed, the first eviction occurred. Kyle was evicted instantly after pressing the button.
HouseGuest: An additional HouseGuest entered the game when the button was pressed.

Temptations: Cash was randomly selected to pick between two options: giving everyone a letter from home and unleashing a global nominee or shredding the letters, taking away $10,000, and forfeiting his spot. The money was taken by him as he walked.
House Ambassadors: The viewers were granted the power to represent their houses.
Immediately evicted: The newly crowned Head of Household must nominate without speaking to any of his or her fellow houseguests. As usual, there is no Power of Protection competition, and one of the nominees is evicted.
