Apklis, or the Cuban Play Store, is an Android-based application store developed by UCI.
A web-based version and an android application are also available.
It is designed to download all Cuban programs as well as the most popular applications from around the world using ETECSA, Nauta, or any other national navigation data network.
Along with games, it offers practical apps, social networks, photo editors, and a host of other features.
As of now, it's in beta (meaning it's not yet complete), and the full release is expected sometime in the summer.
